By accessing or using the FEETNINE website ("Site") or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Site. These terms apply to all visitors, customers, and users of the Site.
All prices are displayed in Nepali Rupees (NPR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice. The price you pay is the price displayed at the time you complete your order. In the event of a pricing error, we will contact you before processing your order and you will have the option to proceed at the correct price or cancel.
Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. Your order is accepted once you receive an order confirmation email from us. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion — for example, if a product is out of stock, if there is a pricing error, or if we suspect fraudulent activity. If we cancel your order after payment, you will receive a full refund.
We accept Cash on Delivery (COD), Khalti, and eSewa. For online payments, your transaction is processed directly by the respective payment provider. By using these services you also agree to their terms and conditions. We do not store your payment credentials on our servers.
Delivery is available to Kathmandu Valley, Pokhara, and Biratnagar. Estimated delivery timeframes are 1–2 business days for Kathmandu Valley and 3–5 business days for other cities. These are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control including but not limited to strikes, bandas, natural disasters, or carrier delays. We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery, subject to the conditions outlined in our Returns & Exchanges Policy. Items must be unworn and in original condition with all original packaging.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorised use of your account. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account credentials. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms.
All content on this Site — including text, images, logos, product photos, and design — is the property of FEETNINE or its content suppliers. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content from this Site without our express written permission.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, FEETNINE shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or any products purchased. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from a purchase shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant order.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Nepal. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the Site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Nepal.
We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
